For our Monthly Procurement Service: No. There are absolutely no markups or hidden margins on your materials. We buy directly on your own supplier accounts, and you pay us a flat, monthly fee. You also pay the merchants directly, meaning 100% of the trade discounts we negotiate are passed straight to you and you’re in full control.
For our Ad-hoc Sourcing Service: Yes, our admin fee is built-in. For project-by-project sourcing where you use our trade accounts, our administration fee is integrated directly into the material cost we quote. This ensures compliance for VAT and self billing systems. The final cost you see on your quote is exactly what you pay, with no separate admin invoices.
